Alport walks
Alport is very close to Winster, down in the valley over which Winster lies; it also sits on the confluence of Bradfield and Lathkill Rivers (ideal for fly-fishing). Photos are of a lovely early evening walk there in late May.
Secret Gardens of Winster
Not many secret gardens photos (the Secret Gardens weekend is normally the third weekend each July) but some of the many alleyways and gennels.

New log burning stove
Angel Cottage currently has a ‘faux’ log burning stove – we think there’s nothing like the real thing, so a new one should be going in just before Easter, making for a cosier cottage!
